How can I prepare for an interview?

  • Tip: When speaking about yourself, get familiar with the STAR method. It is a way to structure interviews. It helps recruiters to understand what you have done so far, spotlighting similarities in your former role(s) and the one you are applying for.
  • Be prepared for video interviews! We know you arer busy. This is why we decided to use video interviews already a while ago. You might experience one or even two types of video interviews: a recorded video interview and a live video interview. The difference: For the first one we have recorded the interview questions and you can do your part of the interview whenever you like. Live interviews are video calls we all got used to by now. You will receive further instructions, etc. when it´s time.

Assessment tests are part of the selection process. Why are they needed?

We believe that you need more than experience and that everyone can acquire new skills. Still, every position at Coca-Cola HBC requires a specific set of skills, attitudes, and competencies. We´re focusing on measuring these. Each step in the process is designed to help us learn more about your individual skills and to match them with the job requirements.

Can I prepare for the assessment tests?

Assessment centers come in multiple forms: We use aptitude tests, situational judgment tests, group, and individual simulation exercises, and role-plays during the selection process. Regardless of the position you are applying for, all information about the associated tests will be provided in advance, along with instructions.

While you can prepare for some tests, especially role plays can be tricky. But don’t worry, nobody expects you to score 100%,  we use the results to interpret how you would react in similar situations.
