So what can you expect when you apply to Coca‑Cola HBC Serbia and Montenegro?

The selection process may vary depending on the position for which you're applying. This sets out the typical selection process. The full process can take up to two months, in some cases even longer.

  • Registration

The first step is to register on our website and create a user account. You'll need to submit your CV with your application. 

  • Online tests

If, on the basis of your application, you meet the criteria for the position for which you have applied, we will send some online tests to you at the email address you specified in your application. As we're a customer-oriented company, one of the most important of these tests is the customer orientation test. 

This step helps us get a better insight into your abilities.

  • Telephone interview

If you successfully complete the online tests, this will be followed by a telephone interview lasting 10 to 15 minutes. This helps us get a better sense of what you're like.  

  • Assessment Centre

Here, you'll be asked to complete several group and individual exercises that are simulations of the real situations that our employees encounter every day in their work. You don't need any specialist technical knowledge.

The assessment exercises help us create a competence profile for each candidate. Competencies are sets of traits, attitudes, styles of behaviour ... what you have learned in life and put into practice, what you give to every job you do, regardless of your profession or level of education.

The competencies that are important to us are attitude towards work and achieving results, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, understanding of business and the needs of businesses, creative thinking, leadership skills, teamwork and communication skills.

If you meet our criteria you will be invited for an interview.

  • Interview

The interview will be with three to five employees and last between thirty minutes and an hour and a half. Through this detailed discussion we want to get to know you better, examine your motivation for a particular position and see your technical knowledge. It's important to be well prepared so you can present yourself in the best possible way.
