Coca-Cola HBC Serbia provides employees with various internal and external training programs that help them develop the necessary functional and leadership skills. An in-house e-learning platform is available to all employees, allowing them to access training sessions covering a wide range of topics at any time. 

In addition, through so-called accelerated development programs, we prepare colleagues to take on various more complex leadership positions within the organization. This model includes intensive internal and external training sessions, Mini MBA, mentorship from senior leaders of the organization, and cross-functional project management.

Passion to Lead - a programme that supports achieving results, develops key management skills, and offers leadership tools tailored to different readiness levels of team members. 

Fast Forward - a programme aimed at developing employee leadership skills. The three available programme levels, 1, 2 and 3, are adapted to the needs of employees and include various training sessions on leadership, mentorship from senior leaders of the organization, functional project management, cross-functional or other market project management, as well as peer-learning and learning through direct conversations. 

LEAP - intended for employees who have been promoted to Change Leader position. The LEAP programme is oriented towards acquiring and developing leadership skills, adapting to a rapidly changing environment and leading transformative changes and innovations. 

Explore. Lead. Change - development programme for sales supervisors focused on developing leadership skills. 

goFunky development programme - workshop sessions for supervisor and team leader positions in operations focused on developing communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
