CONSTANT FOCUS ON QUALITY

In addition to the fact that all drinks produced by Coca-Cola HBC must be in line with Serbian regulations, all of our products meet a series of global quality standards: Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Food Safety Management Systems FSSC 22000.

Coca-Cola HBC Serbia, as part of The Coca-Cola Company, applies internal specialized TCCC KORE requirements established on a global level – including product quality and safety, environment protection and health & safety performance.

Coca-Cola HBC Serbia products do not contain artificial aromas, colors and preservatives, or genetically modified ingredients, while, through our procurement practices, we strive to source from local areas as much ingredients as possible.

To provide fresh drinks of standardized quality to our customers and consumers, in Coca-Cola HBC Serbia, we apply the system of comprehensive product age management (TAM – Total Age Management) regulated by the Coca-Cola HBC Group. Implementing regular market monitoring helps us achieve the final goal: the age of products on the market must always be below established specifications of primary age. Since our products reach our consumers through our customers (distributers, wholesale and large customers), it is necessary to include them in TAM, and our team provides regular education on the process and good warehousing practices.

As the result of application of stated comprehensive measures, we did not record a single case of violating regulation and voluntary codes since 2022 related to impact of our products and services to health and safety or recall or withdrawing our products from the market.
