IN FULL STRENGTH TO NEW SUCCESSES, WITH SOLID PARTNERSHIPS AND BIG DREAMS

WE CELEBRATED THE FIRST 25 YEARS ON THE MARKET

Together with partners, customers and employees, we celebrated the first 25 years of business in Serbia, which were marked by continuous growth, portfolio expansion, innovation, and strong partnerships. From just one to three bottling plants, from offering four carbonated drinks to a comprehensive 24/7 range, which also includes natural spring water, carbonated water, fruit juices, energy drinks, well-known coffee and alcohol brands, and Bambi products, the company has grown into stable business system.

With numerous innovations, conquering new categories, such as coffee, and with a strong focus on strengthening customer relations, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia achieves its vision of being the leading 24/7 refreshment partner. All this is thanks to strong partnerships, a network of over 35,000 customers, and the dedication of more than 1,600 employees.

Looking back on the first quarter of a century on the Serbian market, Svetoslav Atanasov, the General Manager of our company, thanked his associates and partners for their strong support.

Atanasov 251

Each of you has contributed to our development. Each of you has gone the extra mile on this truly fantastic journey. My team and I would like to thank you for your continued support in both good and bad times, as you prove the saying it's not where you go, it's who you travel with is true. We welcomed the jubilee in full force and together we strive for new joint successes.

Svetoslav Atanasov GENERAL MANAGER OF COCA-COLA HBC SERBIA

In the past quarter of a century, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia made five significant investments: the purchase of Vlasinka in 2005, the purchase of Fresh&Co a year later, the opening of the Regional Juice Center in 2015, the purchase of Bambi in 2019 and the acquisition of the Rosa Homolje carbonated water bottling plant a year ago.

As part of the Coca-Cola system, together with Bambi, Coca-Cola HBC contributes to the creation of almost 15 thousand jobs along the entire value chain, which is about 0.5% of all jobs. According to the latest 2021 Coca-Cola system and Bambi Socio-economic Impact Study, the system creates 360 million euros of added value to the national economy, which is 0.7% of GDP.

For all this time, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia has been one of the leaders in sustainable business. In 2021 alone, Coca-Cola HBC and Bambi invested over 750 thousand euros in local communities.

On the occasion of 25 years of successful business, the company will implement the annual scholarship project for 25 selected students in the coming year.
