HISTORY

Start of Business:

1967 – Slovenija vino (Slovin) receives a license for production and sales of Coca-Cola products in Serbia 

1968 – New bottling plant for Coca-Cola beverage starts operating in Zemun. Bottling plant had one production line for bottling 0.25 bottles, with capacity of 18,000 bottles per hour. 

1970 – Belgrade plant received a license to bottle Schweppes, expanding its portfolio with another internationally recognized brand. 

1989 – Slovin joins all bottling plants it owns and forms IBP Belgrade that became part of Coca-Cola HBC Group that same year and one of the largest bottling plants of Coca-Cola Company products in the world. 

 

Important Years:

2005 – Through the acquisition of Vlasinka d.o.o., one of the leaders on the domestic market of non-sparkling water – Rosa, became part of the Coca-Cola system. 

2006 – Coca-Cola system in Serbia purchased 100 percent of Fresh & Co. from Subotica, one of the leading juice producers in Serbia and completed its portfolio of non-sparkling non-alcoholic beverages. 

2019 – Leading confectionary producer in Serbia, Bambi company, became part of the Coca-Cola HBC Group, additionally strengthening the rich portfolio with some of the most loved brands, such as famous Plazma cookie. 

2021/2022 – Strengthening the coffee portfolio; Costa Coffee and Vergnano became part of our portfolio. 

2022 – Acquisition of the bottling plant in Neresnica, making Rosa Homolje the first sparkling water in our portfolio.
