The eighth season of the Coca-Cola Youth Empowered initiative begins with a large regional online conference on March 21 and 22. Four of the most prominent lecturers from previous seasons will open this year's edition of one of the largest non-formal education programs for young people in Serbia and Montenegro.
For eight years, the goal of the Coca-Cola HBC company has been the same - to empower young people in their first career steps or at the beginning of their businesses through the Coca-Cola Youth Empowered initiative.
The labor market is changing its demands faster than ever, so non-formal education, practical skills, and knowledge are often what sets a job candidate apart." Recognizing the challenges faced by young people, we strive year after year to be a reliable source of knowledge and skills they need for career success. We are starting off this year's cycle with a large online conference with regionally known lecturers the young people would like to hear again. During the year, we will do our best to cover current, but also new topics of importance for a career
