In the world of business, reaching leadership positions has traditionally been a marathon, a process that required years, and often decades, of patiently climbing the corporate ladder. However, the rules of the game are changing. New technologies, as well as evolving market and consumer demands, require new skills and energy capable of turning ladders into moving staircases. As a result, a new generation of young professionals, women born in the mid nineteen nineties, is proving that age is not a measure of responsibility and that leadership is not defined by tenure, but by vision, courage, and the ability to inspire.

This is their story. Doroteja, Nataša, Jovana, Zvezdana, Milica, Olga, and Sandra are young women who already lead teams within our company, manage key projects, and make decisions that shape the future.
